{Trausio} Today's adventures

I usually am not one for these types of posts, but now that I have a reliable friend close by, they might become more frequent. Especially since neither of us drive, and lyft is...interesting to say the least.

As are the app's location finders.

Today, for instance, we had mean to go to an Indian (Hindu, indian) market called "Apna Bazar", and instead ended up at an African one Kaura International. EWhere we promptly picked up some honey beans, tgari, Grated Gasava flower, and one gasava itself. I, as we often do, got caught up in the different texxtures in the bags of things, so ended up finding mo0re about things than I usually would. They also had things we didn't by (Mung beans, peeled blackeyes peas, Nigirian stockfish). After figuring out that thety didn't have eggs or milk, we headed to starbucks so I could get a coffee (As I hadn't had caffine yet) and some grounds for the guarden so I can put some around the four rosebushes (Three shrubs and one climber) we'd gotten about three weeks ago, which ended up being about fifteen pounds or so because half an industrial sized trashbag-more than enough, I think.

In shoht, hey ysabetwordsmith Halpz plz? wi'the ingredients at least? We wanna make fu-fu first, but dunno what else we gunna need-Jay

To a certain degree, yeah, although not getting what we wanted was a bit annoying. I like Casava, though it has a neat texture and the taste ixs good. Especially paired with plantain or sweet potato.

Those small grocery markets are so nice to find. There are a lot of Agfhan and Indian markets around here. (Not counting the Asian groceries, which are usually big grocery chains.)

They are, but sometimes you need a native speaker. The help in there was not very fluent in English, sadly. And...somewhat happily, as it means their language is still alive among them.
